Eat diet full of fruits and vegetables.

Having a colorful plate with red, green, orange, yellow and purple
Fruits and vegetables will provide vitamins & antioxidants; Spend extra time in your grocery store searching for new or forgotten veggies and fruits that have been missing from your plate.

Alcohol can be dangerous, so drink in moderation.

A glass of vine with dinner occasionally is a good thing, but drinking every day adds additional calories that most of us don’t need.
Besides, the health hazards associated with heavy alcohol consumption are well documented and range from liver damage to heart disease.

Smoking is bad for your health.

Join a support group, use a patch, see a doctor, but do something, now is the time to kick the habit forever.

Regular exercise.

20 minutes a day of cardio and 20 minutes 3 times a week of weight training will keep you young and fit. 10 minutes of stretching daily will give your body flexibility needed to move freely.
