We try so hard to stay healthy, eat right, exercise and get enough sleep.
We order a salad, skip the dessert, but most of us still cave in and have a cocktail or two ….

This ladies, will be a real eye opener for most of us.

Next time we decide to order a cocktail we should know how much will this cost in calories.

Here is a list of 10 most fattening cocktails:

1.Long Island Ice Tea
Calories: 780
Carbohydrates: 44 grams

2.Margarita
Calories: 740
Carbohydrates: 56 grams

3.Pina Colada
Calories: 644
Carbohydrates: 90 grams

4.White Russian
Calories: 425
Carbohydrates: 26 grams

5.Mai Tai

Carbohydrates: 30 grams

And let’s not forget what happens when we drink…. We loose all sorts of measure on what we are actually putting in our mouth. After a cocktail or two, I personally have absolutely no problems of having a whole dessert.

Next time we are ordering drinks, let’s put a limit on it, or make a conscious decision that we will not complain next morning of how much we ate the night before.
