You know you are Fabulously40 and beyond when:

when you can’t trust your own your bladder
when you wake up in the morning and everything hurts
when advice from your parents starts to makes sense
when your own advice to your kids sounds dumb to you and to them both
when you sound like a hypocrite every time you talk to your kids
when dinner later than 7 can be a potential disaster
when your excited by Sunday night, because Monday is coming…
when you start hiding from your kids instead of your parents
when laxative is primary supplement in your diet
when you buy glasses by the bag, first goes the eyesight, then goes the memory
when your best friend begins to resemble her mother, and
when your best friend tells you often that you resemble yours.

You know you are Fabulously40 and beyond:

You know you‘re 40 and beyond when you up at 2 a.m. to go to the restroom
    and not close a bar.

You know you‘re 40 and beyond when you say “I’m in the mood for something
strong and hot” you mean coffee, not a date with a male model.

You know you‘re over 40 and beyond when you stay up all
night not because you‘re partying, but because you‘re babysitting your
    grandkids while your parents do.

You know you‘re over 40 when your boobs go to your butt.
You know you‘re over 40 when you look in the mirror and ask, “Who’s that?”
You know you‘re over 40 when the OB/GYN orders special tests because you‘re still having your period.

You know you‘re over 40 when you go somewhere with your teenage daughter and the men are checking HER out, not you.

You know you‘re over 40 when you start thinking that guys in their 50’s and 60’s aren’t looking old anymore—they‘re looking hot.

You know you‘re over 40 when your hair starts thinning and your mustache starts thickening.

You know you‘re over 40 when you will risk looking like a freshly-baked breakfast muffin just to say you can still squeeze into your size 2 jeans.

you sneeze and accidentally pee in your pants and you can actually laugh about it.

You know you are Fabulously 40 and beyond when:

-When you realize everything that is coming out of your mouth sounds like your mother AND you even catch yourself making the same faces, standing/sitting like her too. It all has such a familiar ring to it.

-When you can tell it like it is without fear of what others will think or hurting someone’s feelings…but at the same time holding your tongue when needed and it not bother you in the least bit…you learn how to detach.

-When you refuse to be a victim of your past choices, childhood or life circumstances…you choose not to be a victim of yourself.

-When you choose to rediscover your passion, dreams, your innocence…the purity of being an elegant woman in all things.

-When you view people for their strengths, dismissing their weaknesses.

    -When drama becomes tedious.

-When you realize you are indeed a complete package of wonderful gifts and talents…you ARE fabulously 40 and beyond!

    About this author

I’m a proud mother of 4 wonderful children and a wife to a wonderful man that I adore.

My oldest daughter is 20 and the youngest 15. As all of my friends began going through all sorts of changes with their bodies and mind I took it upon myself to create this community of wonderful women who share the same goals, dreams, issues and fears. If we continue to help one another through exchange of information, nourishment and support, we will own the world.

My goal is to connect women all over the world to communicate with each so they can experience the same support and guidance as I continue to receive from my girlfriends.
