It’s important that we appreciate our father’s and what they have done for us. Those of us who have fathers are so fortunate to have our dad’s in our life, and Father’s Day allows us to show our appreciation for them. I hope everyone enjoyed their father’s day.

I totally agree with you ohdaz05. I had a wonderful father and wouldn’t have traded him for anything in the world. It’s just sad that many children today aren’t being afforded the same opportunity to have a loving father who is IN THE HOME.

These staggering statistics are very upsetting. I am so lucky to have had an amazing father in my life, and my heart goes out to those people that do not have a fatherly figure or paternal support in their lives.
