Your weight loss goals are totally attainable without a gym. I am a nutrition/fitness coach and can coach you remotely over the interent. All you need is motivation, a plan (which I can give you) and you will see the body fat drop off you. My mother aged 72 recently moved to the US from the UK and experienced a similar weight gain due to change in diet. After following my advice for four months we lost 24 lbs, dropped 2 dress sizes, feels and looks like a million bucks. I would teach you how to have the metabolism you had in your 20’s, maintain it and not be a slave to food or exercise. It would be a lifestyle change but one that is enjoyable and sustainable for life.

We‘re the same age, same struggles with weight gain. But fortunately I found the BEST system out there. And more importantly, I got my health and my life back. What type of diets have you tried in the past? I ask because I tried everything from eating healthy, organic, working out, lifting weights, etc, and it seemed no matter what I did, my weight would not bugdge and to top it off, I just kept on gaining and the health problems kept coming on.
