About me

Hi my name is Desiree.  I am a 43 year old woman who loves the Lord my God with all my heart.  Next would be my wonderful husband, best friend, and soul mate who I married last year.

I have eight wonderful children, six sons, and two daughters, a step son, two daughter-in-laws and two grand daughters. They have brought me great enjoyment and delight over the years.

I don’t take life to serious, life is too short for that.  That’s not to say that I don’t have serious moments.  I love to laugh and joke with people, although I do have a rather warped sense of humor.

I believe that we shouldn’t be worried about what others think, after all, we are all in this together.  There is not one of us better then the other.  We all go through trials of some sort.  What a wonderful thing to walk beside a friend and help them through their difficulties.  When we stop worrying about what the other guy is doing and thinking we can enjoy life so much more.

    On July 31, 2006 I changed my way of thinking and my way of life. I now eat right and exercise daily. It’s a big part of who I am. I enjoy family and friends and I have so much more to give in life, cause I’m the biggest loser, 125 pounds to be exact with about 30 more to go.
    I also e-mail my friends daily.

    I love all kinds of music, but I would have to say I like pop the best and my husband has gotten me initerested in country once again.

    Bible studies, scrap booking (my passion), ice hockey, playing board games and card games, singing karoke, miniture golf, amusement parks, ice skating, roller skating, bowling, fine dining, fast food dining, walking in the moonlight, the moonlight is awesome, candle lit dinners, baths in candle light, candle lit anything for that matter they make everything smell better as well. I can’t live without mochas, sugar free carmel macchiato’s are my favorite. I love being a part of my children and grandchildren’s lives.
