Hi there. Edible gold is really gold flake but somehow it’s purified in such a way to make it completely safe and edible. If you google it you’ll find sources. I don’t recommend buying it in sheets. It’s hard to work with. Buy it in a jar and use it away from a draft. It’s very light so it will fly away on you.

I read somewhere that if I replied on my page that you wouldn’t see it. So, just to be sure. I don’t think you‘re crazy at all. I’m not ashamed to say that I do wear hip hugger jeans. (with my little muffin top) But I also wear long enough shirts that it don’t eewwwz out the side. (ha!) My daughter is 11, and she keeps me so alive. She is my life, and my sunshine. I could just pinch her head off sometimes, but she tries to cheer me up when I’m mad or sad, and she aggravates the hell out of me when I’m in a good mood. So, mostly I don’t want to ya know, embarass her when I go somewhere with her, like with a house coat, curlers, and old woman jeans. lol…. she says I embarass her enough as it is. I gotta be the hip cool mom, in my eyes anyway.
Good luck with the cabbage soup. I am going to make some this weekend. I can’t wait. It’s getting a little chillier in the mornings here. So, I think I’m going to get up early, open all the windows, cook my soup and do some cleaning, while I’m dancing around the house to the top 100 80’s tunes. yeah!
