About me

I am the mother of two wonderful grown children Ryan and Teryn.  I have two beautiful grandsons, Julian (2 years) and James (1 year) – they are my heart!

By day I’m a controller for a construction company – so my days are spent looking at numbers – balance sheets and financial reports…

I also have a homebased business see:  www.go.myzrii.com – it’s only been available for a year now and it’s really taking off – oh yes I long for the days to be my own boss and work strictly from home!

      Yes..I’m watching…and I think he is doing a great job tonight.  Obama….is  trying to make people think the only thing they need to worry about it the economy…well…that is just like a snake in the grass.  If our country is not protected….then you can kiss any type of economy goodbye…because there won’t be one.  Look what happened after 911….  

      and yeah…why should Joe Plumber spread his wealth to the deadbeats that want “their monthly check” for doing nothing!!!  It’s called live off the system…and sponge off of everybody else.  I’m going to have to have a glass of wine to calm my nerves…it makes me so mad.  

      My great niece Alex…is a ham.  She is always happy…always.  Never seen a child so happy all the time.  I’ve never heard her cry. They live outside of Atlanta.

      Kris, I have tried to send you a personalized message but the system keeps “timing me out” so I’m not sure if you’ve been able to receieve it. Do me a favor and send me a swipe of your fav color(s) (you can use tin foil) and I’ll match it and give you some other choices that surround that color (I have 73!) by sending you a color palette.     • HI there Kris….

      My week has been very very busy…especially at work.  I have a cooking show to perform at tomorrow morning at 9:00 am and I’m busy cooking what I can tonight and having all of my ingredient for (5) different recipes ready. So I’m a bit stressed tonight.  I  got on FAb40 tonight to verify a recipe I got with another member, Gwen.  Anyway….I will be up late tonight cooking…and then up early  to be at the place we are meeting by 8am.  I’m showing about 100 woment how to cook easy, fall recipes and I have to be funny when I do it.  For some odd reason….people think I’m funny…so I’m going to be “Mary Paula Dean“....Paula Dean’s sister from Atlanta….of course in my very southern drawl….if you know what I mean.  Anyway….it’s for an event at my church…to reveal the church’s cookbook..The Chick’s Cookbook…that is what the women call themselves…“chicks“..lol.  We are having breakfast…and someone else is demonstrating table decorations with the stuff you have in your house…and how to be creative.  And I’m doing the food.  And then at the end I’m going to sign the cookbook “Mary Paula Dean” for a $1..which goes to the Angelfood Ministries…as a joke…but the money goes to a good cause.  Look up the AngelFood Ministries…might be in your area…great thing to help feed yourself…or those who are struggling.  It’s just a fun morning …..and I will say we are a wild church crowd….we love to have fun and laugh…but we also love the Lord. My church’s website is: www.truenorthchurch.com.  We are connected with the southern Baptist…but we are a contemporary church.  WE are about to launch a second satallite church in Decatur, Illinois.  WE have a another satallite church in a county close to the one we are in.  Anyway…enough about my church..

      Other than that…my week has been good.  Just very busy at work.  I work for a credit union and we have been swamped with people moving their money from Wachovia and other banks.  

      Your pumpkins sound wonderful.  Take a picture if you can…I would love to see them.  I have some other ideas…that I share with you after I get through this thing tomorrow.  

      Thanks for sending me a note…I very much apppreciated.  It’s nice when someone thinks about you.

    • He has definitely had Botox.  No man his age has that wrinkle free of a forehead.  I’m sorry….I have more lines than he does…and he’s 20 or more so years older than me…and I have great skin…not bragging…but I do!!!!!  

      I think Sarah Palin is tearing him up!!!  I have been yelling, “you go girl…get’m“.  She has had more composure than Biden.  I’ve never liked Biden.  I think she has held her own.  

      Thanks for the website…I’m getting me a sign tomorrow.
