About me
I am 46 yrs old and have been married for the past 21yrs. My oldest son will graduate high school in a couple of days…YIKES!! I also have a 15 yr old and a daughter that will be 14 yrs old by the end of the month. I am a speech therapist…funny because my profession is consistent with my astrological sign…communicative Gemini!! I love people and I love working with kids. I especially love helping others.
I have just passed my mid 40’s and have been inspired by a series of events in my life to improve my health and to finally get rid of all the excess weight I have managed to put on over the years. I was also inspired by a wonderful book called “Younger Next Year!” by Chris Crowley and Henry Lodge, M.D. I hope that you pick up a copy of it and get inspired to change your life!!!

Hi Wendy, very nice to meet you! I have set one goal for myself, as a matter of fact. That one thing is to be happier. I’ve closed myself off from the world for the past few months but I’m ready to make some new friends and enjoy my life to the fullest.
