      I am doing what I love, and have been doing it for 2 years now.  http://www.tearsofjoyvideo.com/ I am just looking for ways to make it more successful.  Any suggestions?

        • Yana, I would be delighted to speak on a podcast if you‘re looking for speakers. I have been working from home for over 14 years, have built a network of women that spans 17 countries, doing what I do and my main focus in life is about women working in the home so they can be there for their families.  Very much based on the Proverbs 31 woman – although I really only discovered that in 2006, everything I’ve done prior to that lines up with what I learnt about this amazing woman.

          Have you ever thought about using a business coach? I have been running my own business for 5 years and about a year ago realised I wanted to do something more with it in the future. I’m a coach myself (but not specifically business although a lot of people I work with run their own businesses) and I run seminars and work in organisations etc. I absolutely love it but I am anticipating a time when I might want to slow down and not travel so much. I have worked with a great business coach to help me think about alternative ways of offering what I do. Even the best of the best sportsmen have a coach!  

          It has been amazing and quite the best decision I ever made. Good coaches don’t come cheap but I view it as an investment; it is important to get a good one that understands what you do. It’s great to throw ideas around with someone who is as keen as you are you for the business to do well.
