Hi All,
I’m new to Fabulously 40 – the site anyway :) I am 43 years old, married, and mom to my daughter who is 5 years old. She is my one and only. We‘re homeschooling. I’m quite sure I’m in perimenopause so all the ups and downs it slams me with combined with raising the highest energy 5 year old ever created (in my opinion) makes for some interesting days to say the least.
Just wanted to say hi and see if anyone else wanted to chat.
Best,
writeart

New to the site. Finished writing a book that is now in print and need ideas, support to market this crazy thing!
The book is titled “Dater’s Ed: The instruction Manual for Parents” It is modeled after the Driver’s Ed manual so all the analogies are in cars and driving.
It just came out July 9th and now the real work begins.
Stop by my sites and let me know what you think…

BTW…I have an 18 year old boy (college yesterday boohoo!) and a 16 year old daughter. I LOVE TEENS!!!
Hi, I am 41 and have 4 daughters, my 23 year old does not live at home and just graduated from college, my 19 year old went to go live with her biological sister, 17 year old just left for college….so sad, and I have a 16 year old that is HIGH MAINTENANCE…she is the ONE!!! I work for a marketing company called thekbuzz and before that I worked for a radio station. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this website….
Oh and last but certainly not least…..I live with my boyfriend now for 7 years and still have hope of getting married one day….the light at the end of the tunnel is almost gone….but I still have hope…
I have been on Jenny Craig…for 3 weeks and have lost 10lbs….I love it….it hard but I love it.
I want to start working out but find it very hard to motivate myself to get up and do anything.
So that is me in a nut shell….
Welcome
Hey MamaJ—love your book idea, and the blog/site’s so much fun too. I will certainly have to check out the book (though my daughter is but 7, I know we’ll need to start looking ahead!). Congratulations on being in print.
