    I’ve enjoyed sipping nice wine for years but really picked up the pace when I met my husband 5 years ago. He is a wine collector and an enthusiast. Napa Valley is a very regular stop for us.
    
    On pairing I have to share this. We were having dinner with the owner of Chateau Montelena, Jim Barret, and we asked him how to really know a good wine. His response was, “take a sip and, if you like it, it’s a good wine.” Music to my ears.
