Voting is so important I encourage everyone to get out there and do it!
I have a secret confession, I don’t vote
It all comes down to the electoral college anyway. I mean Bush took presidency on the electoral college vote even though he did not win the popular vote.
The electoral college is determined by the popular vote, hence: YOUR VOTE COUNTS!!!!
The problem with the Gore-Bush election was the crazy antiquated voting system in Florida – hanging chads and the rest.
The future of our country is at stake, everyone who is eligible must register to vote!
That’s partly true, unless you‘re in a really strong red or blue state. My state will go for Obama, which is why I feel free to vote for an alterative candidate. If it were purple, or a toss-up, I’d vote for Obama because I don’t particularly like the idea of having the nation’s military might in the hands of a severely PTSD former captive, or a fundamentalist whackjob who doesn’t know the difference between Angola and angora.
