      Chocolate Strawberry Turnover

      This is something quick and easy to make – that makes guests think you took a lot of time doing. You determine how many to make – make a little – make a lot! Enjoy!

      Ingredients:
      Wonton Wraps
      Strawberry Preserves
      Chocolate Bar
      Egg
      Oil for frying
      Powdered sugar

      Whisk egg to be used as an egg wash- set aside.

      Lay wonton wrappers out on flat surface. Put 1 teaspoon of strawberry preserves in the middle along with a small piece of chocolate. Brush all edges of wrapper. Fold into a triangle.

      After you get the number of turnovers your want done. Slowly add into hot oil for frying – this only takes a few minutes – WATCH CLOSELY. Do not over cook. They will turn a light golden color when they are done.

      Remove from oil and dust with powdered sugar.

      YUMMY! my children love making these and eating them too!!
      The chocolate mixes with the strawberry when heated to give a yummy filling.

      To store: put in airtight container.
