I joined Jenny Craig & I am having luck with it.  It was a rocky start & I didn’t know if it was going to work, but I finally lost weight & inches & am looking forward to losing more.

        • Good Luck with that, I used to be a Jenny Craig Consultant.

        • My sister lost 40 plus pounds on Jenny Craig and still orders their food for the convenience. She really likes the program.

I was a consultant 20 years ago! The program has improved by leaps and bounds since.

        • It is a great program, just stick with it and remmber to get geared up for going on your own food, and most of all make sure you get your exercise in, it is so important!

        • You eat their food, and meet with a counselor once a week to weight in and go over the past week, and prepare for the next.  Just have to understand that the counselor is really a sales person, they have numbers they have to meet in order to keep their job.  I have seen the food cost over $100.00 per week, just depending.  The goal is saposta be to get you onto your own food, but when you do that the counselor loses money,on her comission.  I personally think you would be better off to hire a personal trainer, it would be cheaper and you would have a better chance to keep the lost weight off.  Just my thoughts….
